As with any online purchase experience, some terms and conditions govern the Refund Policy. When you purchase a program on Foodkida, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and refund policy.
Refunds for any live training will be processed only in case of training cancellation or if the date is postponed. A refund will also be initiated if someone has purchased the same course for a second time by mistake.
In case you feel that the product/service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product/service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of any refunds approved by Foodkida, it’ll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
