Why FoSTaC ?

FSSAI recommends that all licensed food businesses must have at least one trained and certified Food Safety Supervisor under FoSTaC for every 25 food handlers in each premise.

Details

• Training will be conducted via Zoom Meeting.

• The exam will be conducted on the same day in online mode.

• 50% marks are required for passing.

• The certificate will be provided after 5 days of training completion.
